Our standard Lead Rescue System is offered at $397 per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active clients. Custom pricing for additional services may be quoted separately.
Service fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment terms and accepted methods will be outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
Failure to pay service fees may result in suspension or termination of your account and services. Advertising4You LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding amounts owed.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, access to your automation system and associated data will be maintained through the end of the current billing cycle. After termination, Advertising4You LLC has no obligation to retain client data.
All content on advertising4you.net — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Advertising4You LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Automation workflows, templates, and systems built by Advertising4You LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these systems during their active subscription period.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Advertising4You LLC does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from use of our lead automation system. Individual results will vary based on factors outside our control, including market conditions, lead quality, and client responsiveness.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advertising4You LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advertising4You LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any executed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Advertising4You LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.
